As preschoolers gain more self-esteem, they feel ready to take on the world. Our Jr. KG curriculum enhances that confidence by providing activities to help children become problem solvers and develop a love of lifelong learning. The classroom has different learning areas (i.e., one corner has the books while another contains all the art supplies).
During the day, the children make sure they are exposed to all the different components of a balanced educational experience. Through independent exploration, structured activities, and hands-on learning, children develop a variety of skills and knowledge in areas like Communication and Language, Science, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Music, Art and Physical Education. We also play outside if the weather permits, and provide opportunities for Free Play. We do ask parents pack healthy food for their child.
