Job Description

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for real estate? We're looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Agent to join our team and play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and connecting them with our buyers and listing agents.

Compensation:
$40,000+ per year (based on experience and performance)

What You'll Do:
✔ Qualify and nurture leads—Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging to ensure they're ready for the next steps in the buying or selling process.
✔ Schedule appointments—Work closely with realtors and field agents to ensure quick response times and seamless handoffs.
✔ Manage the sales pipeline—Keep track of all leads and interactions using a CRM system to help move prospects through the process efficiently.
✔ Expand business opportunities—Help grow our presence within our service area by identifying new prospects and potential deals.
✔ Track progress—Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to keep the team informed on lead conversion and sales performance.

What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in real estate sales (1+ years preferred)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills—You should feel comfortable talking to prospects and guiding them through the process.
✔ Ability to work nights and weekends (30-40 hours per week)
✔ Valid U.S. driver's license & reliable transportation (if applicable)
✔ Tech-savvy—Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
✔ Remote-friendly—Open to candidates who can work effectively from home.
