Private family looking hire a Personal Chef in Boca Raton, FL.

The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a talented and versatile personal chef to prepare delicious, nutritious, and custom meals for a family with specific dietary needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in gluten-free cooking, particularly catering to individuals with celiac disease, and will be able to create balanced, flavorful dishes that suit varying dietary preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare gluten-free meals for a family of 4.
• Create a meal plan that accommodates the dietary preferences of each family member:
  • Husband and Children: Enjoy meat and are open to a variety of meat-based dishes.
  • Mrs. (Wife): Vegetarian but will eat some fish (flexitarian diet).
• Ensure all meals are nutritious, balanced, and tailored to individual tastes and preferences.
• Shop for fresh ingredients, ensuring the use of high-quality, organic, and locally sourced products whenever possible.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are always followed.
• Prepare meals in advance when necessary and offer flexibility for special events or last-minute meal requests.
• Work closely with the family to update meal plans and accommodate any changes or special dietary needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a personal chef with strong expertise in gluten-free cooking, especially for individuals with celiac.
• Knowledge of vegetarian and pescatarian diets and the ability to create flavorful, satisfying meals for someone with these preferences.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food that caters to a variety of dietary needs.
• Experience in meal planning, shopping, and maintaining a well-stocked kitchen.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with family members to ensure satisfaction.
• Certification in food safety or culinary arts is a plus

Position Compensation

• Salary:$100,000-$150,000/yr
• Living Accommodations:Live Out
• Vacation: 2 weeks PTO
• Health Insurance:Can be earned after a probationary period.
