JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Responding to emails and handling correspondence
- Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Data entry and database management
- Organizing meetings and appointments
- Managing calendars for executives or teams
- Drafting letters, reports, and memos
- Preparing presentations and spreadsheets
- Creating and formatting documents
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Liaising with vendors, maintenance providers, and IT support
- Organizing office events and meetings
- Assisting staff with administrative needs
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
- Maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel administrative position preferred
- Preferred but not necessary, one (1) year of college
- In-depth knowledge of general administrative and clerical processes
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills, multitasking and adaptability
