JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responding to emails and handling correspondence
  • Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Data entry and database management
  • Organizing meetings and appointments
  • Managing calendars for executives or teams
  • Drafting letters, reports, and memos
  • Preparing presentations and spreadsheets
  • Creating and formatting documents
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Liaising with vendors, maintenance providers, and IT support
  • Organizing office events and meetings
  • Assisting staff with administrative needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel administrative position preferred
  • Preferred but not necessary, one (1) year of college
  • In-depth knowledge of general administrative and clerical processes

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
  • Excellent time management skills, multitasking and adaptability
