In addition to our core facility and project management capabilities, our platform offers direct access to our Best-in-Class services including ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience. **About the Role:** As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. **Qualifications** -Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Valid driver's license required. -Facility Management certification preferred. -Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. -Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. -Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. -Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. -Advanced math skills.
