Opportunity Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join IQVIA as a Nephrology Specialty Sales Representative to drive sales for novel transplant diagnostic tests. The representative will be assigned a territory as part of a national team to educate and sell within the nephrology/kidney transplant stakeholder community. Responsibilities Convey complex clinical, diagnostics, and access & reimbursement information to customers and stakeholders to ensure appropriate patient benefit from therapy. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and uncover customer needs. Develop solutions within the company framework to meet customer needs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service availability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution. 3-5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/device, with In Vitro Diagnostics experience highly preferred. At least 2 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in nephrology or kidney transplant. Established relationships with transplant nephrologists are highly preferred. Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and effective clinical communication skills. High learning agility and experience working in team environments. Knowledge of reimbursement pathways for specialty products. Ability to analyze business environment and territory data to identify opportunities. Strong account management and customer service skills. Opportunistic and driven with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight within the continental US. Additional Requirements Strong presentation and communication skills across multiple channels. Valid driver’s license issued in the US and residence within the territory.
