The opportunity
The Unity Global Communications team is seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to shape how Unity shows up across social platforms. You'll develop and execute creative, data-driven strategies that grow awareness and engagement across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram—partnering closely with our Made with Unity and developer-relations teams to deliver original, creator-led content that celebrates innovation and connects with global audiences.

What you'll be doing

• Build and execute platform-specific social strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement
• Create and publish social-first content, including short-form video, live streams, and trend-driven storytelling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and creators to amplify Unity's voice and campaigns
• Manage the editorial calendar, content pipeline, and publishing process
• Use performance data to evaluate impact and refine creative strategy
• Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and social media best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience growing a brand's social presence across B2C platforms
• Strong storytelling skills across video, imagery, and copy, with hands-on editing or production experience
• Excellent communicator who can simplify technical concepts in relatable ways
• Experience partnering with influencers or creators to extend brand reach
• Strong project management skills, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, distributed team
• Comfortable on-camera or behind-the-camera, with a creative and analytical mindset

You might also have

• Familiarity with gaming, 3D creation, or real-time technology communities
• An eye for emerging trends and formats across digital culture
• A mix of creative and analytical skills — equally excited by concepting ideas and measuring performance
