Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging Shorts, Reels, and posts highlighting our boats, customer stories, and promotions.
• Build and engage our social following through trends, challenges, and community interactions.
• Collaborate on strategies to promote events, sales, and new inventory.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and growth.
• Assist with basic graphic design and video editing for marine-themed content.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level OK: Some experience with social media content creation (personal or professional).
• Proficient in apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Suite; familiar with TikTok/Instagram algorithms.
• Strong communication skills and a fun, positive vibe.
• Interest in boating or outdoor lifestyles a plus.
• Available for part-time or full-time, with flexible hours.
