SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for preforming a variety of semi-skilled laborer tasks related to maintaining snow at License to Chill Snow Island. This includes shoveling snow, re-shaping and rebuilding play areas and tube lanes. Will use equipment to place correct amount of snow, or machine that will groom the snow. Safety is key in this position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years of age
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple correspondence and complete reports detailing customer and staff interactions. Ability to effectively present information and give directions with customers and employees.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in both written and verbal form. Ability to deal with problems involving many variables.

Snow groomer associates are frequently required to stand, walk, run, climb, balance, sit, talk, hear, and reach, dig, handle, lift or feel. The associate is required to lift and or move 50 pounds or more.
