Job Title: Senior System Test Analyst Cloud Migration (Remote)

Location: Columbia, SC (Remote)

Project: CBIC Cloud Migration

Work Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (Possible OT to meet deadlines)

Interview: Remote

Residency Requirement: Must have lived in the U.S. 3 of the last 5 years

Clearance Requirements :

• CMS Security Clearance eligibility required.
• U.S. Residency verification needed for background screening (no sponsorship).

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent: 4 years of job-related IT experience OR 2 years + Associate's in related field).

Experience :

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience.
• Strong experience in developing test plans and test matrices.

Required Technical Skills :

• Cloud testing (Lift-and-shift, re-platforming, AWS cloud migration)
• Agile Testing & CI/CD experience

Proficient in:

• TestRail, JIRA/Confluence, ALM
• Selenium Grid, JUnit, TestNG, JMeter, SoapUI, Postman
• REST/SOAP API testing, SQL
• Jenkins, GitHub, AWS Code Pipeline
• AWS Services: EC2, IAM, S3, RDS/Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Code Build
• Security & Compliance Testing: HIPAA, FedRAMP, NIST-800
• 508/WCAG Testing: Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, WAVE

Nice to Have

• GitHub Actions, automated testing & deployment workflows.
• DevOps practices and cloud-based analytics pipeline management.
• Additional AWS services: DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, Artifact.
• Medicare or Healthcare experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, automated scripts, and test cases.
• Lead functional, regression, integration, failover, and performance testing across AWS environments.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Manage test artifacts in TestRail and Confluence.
• Log and track bugs via JIRA.
• Validate compliance with CMS security and performance standards.
• Support continuous improvement and software process evaluation.
