Job Summary:

Join the Artificial Intelligence Research & Development team at Cat Digital to perform analytical tasks on large data sets, supporting data-driven decisions and innovations.

What You Will Do:

1. Lead data collection, mining, processing, and model creation for large volumes of data.


2. Implement semantic data capabilities using NLP, text analysis, and machine learning.


3. Define analysis requirements, present insights, and report findings using data visualization tools.


4. Research data model optimization and algorithms to enhance analysis accuracy and effectiveness.


5. Design prototypes and proof-of-concepts, including genAI solutions, to evaluate feasibility and secure approval.

What You Will Have:

• Strong knowledge of business statistics, data analysis, and decision-making tools.


• High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.


• Analytical thinking skills to identify root causes and develop solutions.


• Extensive understanding of machine learning principles and technologies.


• Proficiency in Python programming (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, etc.).


• Experience with data management systems and query tools.


• Skills in requirements analysis and elicitation.


• Comfort with ambiguity and problem-solving in unclear situations.

Considerations for Top Candidates:

• Typically, a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.


• 8+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ with a Masters, or 2+ with a PhD.


• Experience with advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques.


• Experience in designing and developing solutions for heavy equipment industries.


• Strong problem-solving, continuous learning, and leadership skills.


• Extensive experience with Python and cloud computing platforms like Azure, Snowflake, or AWS.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Summary Pay Range:

$110,520.00 - $179,640.00

Compensation varies based on multiple factors including experience, skills, and location.
