We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives, support enterprise-wide transformations, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, relationship-builder, and strategic thinker with hands-on experience driving change at scale.
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Identify change impacts, assess readiness, and create tailored adoption approaches for different business groups.
Build strong relationships across departments and leadership levels to drive alignment and engagement.
Influence and guide stakeholders toward shared objectives without direct authority.
Create compelling, clear communication materials including emails, PowerPoint decks, newsletters, SharePoint/Wiki content, videos, and infographics.
Translate complex changes into engaging, easy-to-understand messaging for diverse audiences.
Support the creation and delivery of training content for impacted teams.
Facilitate sessions that build awareness, understanding, and confidence in new processes or tools.
Utilize analytics and metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and overall change effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve readiness and drive sustained transformation.
Work cross-functionally with project teams, business partners, and executives to ensure change management is integrated into project plans.
Serve as a trusted advisor across the organization, offering guidance, coaching, and support during transitions.
Produce presentation-ready visuals and graphics to support impactful storytelling.
Utilize intermediate to advanced graphic design tools; Adobe Suite experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change Management, Communications , or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in organizational change management or transformation roles.
Strong understanding of change principles, methodologies, and best practices; certification (e.g., Prosci) is an added advantage.
Exceptional communication skills across multiple content formats.
High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and manage sensitive conversations.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to lead without authority.
Resilient, adaptable, and capable of navigating ambiguity.
Experience working collaboratively across functions and organizational levels.
Technical aptitude with proven ability to leverage metrics and analytics.
Graphic design capabilities for visual communication; Adobe Suite preferred.
