As a **Security Officer - Government Patrol** in **Bessemer, AL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more . As an unarmed patrol officer in a government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This position requires a valid driver's license, as driving may be part of your duties. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with your team and upholding the values of reliability, agility, and integrity. **Position Type: Full Time** **Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the government facility. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
