As a **Security Officer - Auto Patrols** in **Fremont, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more . As an unarmed patrol officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with security-related matters, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. You will embody our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, working as part of a team that puts people first and always acts with integrity. **Position Type: Full Time** **Pay Rate: $21.45 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Mon07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Tue07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Wed07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sat07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sun07:00 AM - 03:30 PM **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions depending on the location. + Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing for unusual behavior or situations. + Document and report any incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities encountered during patrols. + Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required. **Minimum Requirements:** + Customer service experience is preferred. + California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. **Perks and Benefits:** + Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions + Schedules that fit with your personal life goals + Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities + Employee discounts through our perks program to your favorite restaurants, entertainment venues, and much more...
