Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying Businesses:

Sales representatives are responsible for finding potential customers through various channels, including Google, Canadian classifieds websites, referrals, cold calling, and networking.

• Building Relationships:

Building and nurturing strong customer relationships is essential for effective networking and increasing the visibility of the South Asian community portal.

• Presenting Services:

Clearly and effectively communicating the value of services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.

• Meeting Sales Goals:

Achieving individual sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.

• Providing Customer Support:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Using CRM Software:

Effectively utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales performance.

• Reporting and Analysis:

Preparing reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends.

• Staying Informed:

Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new service offerings.

Required Skills:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues English and knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and others
• Persuasive Communication: Excellent ability to effectively persuade individuals and businesses to join the community portal.
• Sales Techniques: Understanding and applying various sales strategies and techniques to close deals.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Networking Skills: Effectively connect with individuals and community leaders to promote the portal and increase its recognition among families and community businesses.
• Reliable Transportation Required A personal vehicle is necessary for meeting customers in Windsor and the surrounding areas.
