The Otolaryngology Head & Neck (OHN) Coordinator is responsible for the clinical management thru the post-op coordination of patient care; supervises the development, implementation, and organization of the OHN Program; as well as the coordination of care for these surgical patient. The OHN Coordinator will coordinate the efforts between surgeons, hospital administration and staff while tracking the progress of the program and identifying areas requiring attention. The OHN Coordinator is responsible for all program management, report generation and review, process improvement, patient satisfaction, and administrative activities related to the OHN Center.

What qualifications you will need: Required Education: Effective 3/1/18 Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program within 6 months AND obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire date into RN position. Previous signed BSN commitment letter OR grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions may be approved with CNO System Council approval. Preferred Education: Master’s degree Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON. National Nursing Certification in area of specialty Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of health care experience. Preferred Experience: Pulmonology experience preferred.
