RDA Needed – Join a Modern, Patient-Focused Dental Practice in Los Altos!
We’re Los Altos Family Smiles—a well-established, tech-forward practice with deep community roots (over 40 years strong!). We’re looking for a warm, reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who’s passionate about patient care and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with a wide range of procedures including restorative, surgical, and sedation cases
Provide excellent chairside support and create a calm, welcoming experience for patients
Keep things running smoothly—sterilization, setup, inventory management, and documentation
Pitch in with front desk duties as needed (bonus if you know Open Dental!)
Who You Are:
RDA with 2–4+ years of experience
Organized, friendly, tech-savvy, and eager to learn
A team player who loves helping patients and contributing to a positive office culture
