Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in the Alameda office (hybrid). This role oversees US recruiting, manages college recruiting and the internship program, and assists with the mentorship program.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the full cycle recruiting process from initial job posting to final offer
  • Coordinate and host on-site candidate visits for the Alameda office, managing and executing interviews, assessments, and office tours
  • Analyze recruitment effectiveness by tracking key recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline metrics, and more to; present data to HR or leadership as needed
  • Oversee college recruiting by organizing and attending campus recruiting events, to build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations
  • Design and implement college and high school internship programs, and partner with the ACE Mentorship team to build a pipeline for early career professionals
  • Be a part of the mentorship program team and assist with program administration and mentorship onboarding
  • Assist the HR team with onboarding activities, on-site events, performance reviews, and other items as needed
  • Develop and execute a recruitment marketing strategy to enhance employer branding and nurture a pipeline of passive and active candidates

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, human resources, or related role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to trouble shoot problems
  • Proven systems thinking with ability to see how the end-to-end recruitment process is impacted by daily decisions
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Effective in advocating for process improvements and presenting program updates to senior leadership
  • Strong aptitude for leveraging technology and systems to improve processes
