Location: Remote (East Coast hours preferred) | 25% Travel

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Project Manager to support the delivery of solar projects from pre-construction through commissioning. Reporting to the Director of Construction, this role involves EPC oversight from contract negotiation through project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Maintains a complete understanding of all contractual obligations for the project and documentation of deviations
• Ensures the project team and all associated subcontractors understand and adhere to the client contract, related exhibits, and project-specific agreements.
• Allocates budget, costs to date, forecasts cost to completion, procurement, and materials management.
• Perform light engineering reviews using AutoCAD and PVsyst
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and EPC partners
• Travel to sites (approx. 25%)

Requirements:

• 4–5 years in solar project management, preferably with a developer
• Track record of end-to-end management on 3rd Party-owned solar assets with challenging topography, technological requirements, and permitting hurdles
• Understanding of Production Modeling software and key variables that can impact PV array output
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and PVsyst
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience or familiarity with AgPV a strong plus
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
• Job costing or accounting software experience
• Contract Management
• Sub-Contractor, vendor, and materials management
• Construction drawing review
