**What You Will Do:**
- Assists Program Manager with the management of complex projects within a corporate program.
-Tracking progress according to program schedules and goals; developing solutions to program problems.
- Participating in the preparations of proposals, plans, and program specifications.
- Developing the project scope documents, project timetables and other documents that would be provided to Project Managers.
- Monitoring the scheduling, budget, and performance of company programs.

**Top Candidates Will Also Have:**
+ Experience facilitating meetings and discussions across cross-functional teams
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools
+ Exposure to global teams or enterprise-level initiatives

**Summary Pay Range:**
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
