Who are we looking for?

The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine production methods, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing systems .

What will you be doing?

• Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems. 
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement. 
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency. 
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of products. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues. 
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow. 
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 
• Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes. 
• Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment. 

Who are You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role. 
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. 
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS software and other engineering tools. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Pay range for this role is $90,000 - $138,000 a year. DOE and education.
