Paraplanner Location: Tulsa, OK Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually Employment Type: Full-time | In-Office Only About the Role Small Wealth Management Financial, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Paraplanner to join our growing team. This role supports financial advisors by enhancing the client experience, managing operations, and assisting in delivering comprehensive financial planning services. You'll thrive here if you’re proactive, service-driven, and highly organized. Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients by responding to inquiries and ensuring a high-touch experience
• Support advisors in developing financial plans, conducting investment research, and executing trades
• Prepare for client meetings, including scheduling, document preparation, and CRM documentation (Salesforce)
• Manage and track new business processing, including paperwork, signatures, compliance submissions, and rollovers
• Assist in coordinating marketing events, submitting compliance documentation, and handling client outreach
• Facilitate transfers of funds and securities, and process wires, checks, and deposits
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all tasks
• Provide administrative support including expense reporting, correspondence, document scanning, and project assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) licenses required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in financial planning or advisory industry preferred
