Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations across production, quality, engineering, materials, HR, and support functions.

• Drive performance through clear metrics, accountability, and effective leadership.

• Align plant objectives with overall business strategy, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and talent development.

• Lead and mentor a team of 2030 salaried employees, fostering growth and development at all levels.

• Partner with the General Manager and cross-functional leaders to resolve challenges quickly and effectively.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical, safety, and environmental standards.

• Build a culture of trust, communication, and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred but not required).

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience , including 5+ years in operations leadership within 24/7 environments.

• Strong background in process improvement, change management, and operational optimization .

• Proven track record of safety, quality, and compliance leadership .

• Exceptional ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.

• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Willingness to be accessible 24/7, including holidays, to support plant needs.

• Prior experience in large-scale, high-volume industries such as steel, plastics (injection or blow molding), paper mills, or other continuous manufacturing operations.
