Are you an energetic leader ready to take on the challenge of managing our on-site ticketing & activity sales? You’ll oversee multiple locations around the resort, including lift tickets, season passes, adventure activities, event tickets, and more. The Depot and other On Mountain Sales locations are the hubs for guest information and product sales. Job Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, coach, and manage staff to meet operational, sales, and guest service goals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with Team Leads and provide constructive feedback.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, opening/closing, and maintaining standards across all locations.
  • Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and effective sales techniques.
  • Ensure excellent guest service through training, issue resolution, and service recovery standards.
  • Monitor inventory, labor, and expenses; report KPIs and develop strategies to boost efficiency and revenue.
  • Implement and support systems (e.g., RTP, Ikon, RFID) and enforce safety procedures.
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication and staff participation in events and initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum two years sales experience, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity, or a four-year degree from an accredited college and one year of sales experience, six months of which should be supervisory.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and supervising staff in a resort environment. Basic computer knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Driving:

  • Must have a valid Driver's license and the ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program.

Education:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or educational equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
