Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in helping clients navigate the mortgage process, whether they are purchasing or refinancing their homes. You'll provide expert guidance, recommend the best loan solutions, and ensure clients receive exceptional service every step of the way. This is a full-time position offering a hybrid work schedule with some flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess clients' financial needs and recommend personalized loan programs for purchasing or refinancing homes.
Conduct thorough underwriting assessments to determine loan eligibility.
Provide ongoing support and clear communication throughout the lending process to ensure a smooth experience for clients.
Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with industry regulations and standards.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve any client issues and ensure deadlines are met.
Stay informed on the latest mortgage trends, products, and regulatory changes to offer the most up-to-date solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a related mortgage industry role.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building and trust.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
