We reward problem solving. What You’ll Do Royal Technologies is looking for an intern to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern this coming summer (2026). We are looking for people who are excited to become part of a team, working hands-on to solve complex problems. This internship will offer you the opportunity to work on a variety of projects within our Assembly team at our Quincy manufacturing facility.  Responsibilities:

• Completing time study analysis on production processes
• Improving material presentation and layout for ergonomics and efficiency
• Proposing/implementing material routing from unfinished warehousing to finished goods
• Participating and contributing among a cross function continuous improvement activities
• Gaining and applying principles of Lean Manufacturing to current production
• Developing an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing impacts on corporate strategy
• Implementing 5S action items
• Developing process tracking logs for a multitude of assembly processes

What You’ll Bring Qualifications: 

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related program
• Ability to work 40-45 hours per week
• Must communicate effectively- written and verbal
• Time management- effect use of project prioritization and planning
• Is a team player
