Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with residents, providing emotional support and companionship.
• Health Monitoring: Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to ensure their well-being.
• Assistance with Meals: Help residents with meal preparation and dining, ensuring a pleasant and safe dining experience.
• Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the living area is clean, organized, and safe for residents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassion & Patience: A genuine love for working with seniors and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Previous Experience: While prior caregiving experience is beneficial, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
