You'll operate adhesive and extrusion laminators or presses, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement. **Schedule** + Shift: Monday - Thursday NIGHTS, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. **Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized** We reward great work with: + Pay: $22.42/hour + $1.00/hour night shift premium + Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week + 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% + Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one + Paid time off and holidays + Growth and development opportunities **Job Description: Possibility Unpacked** What you'll do: + Set up and operate laminators to meet quality and productivity goals + Troubleshoot lamination, web handling, and equipment issues + Inspect adhesion quality, identify defects, and ensure customer specifications are met + Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures + Complete required documentation and reports + Assist with training team members + Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and co-workers + Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements **What We Want** **From** **You: Lead the Pack** Preferred qualifications: + 2+ years of web handling experience; adhesive or extrusion lamination preferred + Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills + Ability to distinguish minor imperfections and color accuracy + Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems + Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) + Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality **What We Value** Our Core Values guide us: **Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Results, and Outperformance.** **Physical Requirements** + Lift up to 50 lbs. + Stand for long periods (steel-toed shoes required) + Perform climbing, crouching, and reaching **Why Amcor?** Be part of a global leader while working in a team-driven environment at our Asheville plant.
