About the Role:  

We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Director of Product Management to lead product innovation and shape the next chapter of our growth. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive product strategy, champion customer needs, and lead a team of product managers who thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Drive Product Strategy: Define a forward-looking product strategy that aligns with product vision and company goals, market dynamics, and client needs. 
  • Inspire and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, support, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering professional growth within a collaborative, curious, and accountable culture. 
  • Drive Innovation and Growth: Identify new product opportunities and enhancements that unlock value across compliance, data quality, and operational efficiency. 
  • Embedded Compliance and Data Intelligence: Leverage your expertise in KYC, AML, and data governance to design secure, compliant, and high-impact solutions. 
  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product journey — from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.   Use product performance data, usage analytics, as well as market and customer feedback to i nform decisions. 
  • Lead Release Readiness: Ensure that all aspects of the product, from technical quality to customer communication, are aligned and prepared for successful deployment. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and client-facing teams to bring compelling, customer-centric products to life. 

  What You Bring:  

  • Experience: 12+ years in product management, including 3+ years in a leadership role with a track record of driving product strategy and delivering results in a complex, regulated environment. 
  • Domain Expertise : In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML frameworks and enterprise data management.  Experience with platform nuances related to on-premise, SaaS, and hybrid operation in the context of product design. 
  • Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of how data analytics, AI, and UX influence product development and user engagement. 
  • Customer Focus: A customer-first mindset with a passion for building intuitive, data-driven products. 
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead through influence, inspire and develop teams, and foster cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments.
