**Job Summary and Responsibilities** ****Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus Offered**** **Location:** Float -- Midlands (Hwy 370 & 84th St), CUMC-Bergan (77th & Mercy), and our Maple Hills Clinic (101st & Maple) **Schedule:** Monday-Friday -- FLEXIBLE! No weekends, No holidays, & No call! CHI Health is looking to add a Dietitian to our Diabetes Education Clinics!
