Role: D365 F&O Change Management Lead

Location: REMOTE: yes (There might be some travel)

Our client is approximately 50 60% through their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation and requires additional expertise to successfully drive the project to go-live. While functional and technical implementation support is needed, the primary gap is around organizational change management (OCM) across key business areas.

Primary Focus

Change Management Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy to support the rollout of D365 F&O
• Drive user adoption, communication plans, training, readiness assessments, and stakeholder alignment
• Partner closely with functional leads in Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse/Inventory to ensure smooth process transitions
• Translate system/process changes into clear, business-friendly guidance for end users
• Identify change risks and develop mitigation plans

Secondary Responsibilities

Implementation Support (F&O SCM, Finance, Warehouse/Inventory)

• Support existing functional leads with configuration, testing, and cutover planning
• Assist with data validation, UAT, process walkthroughs, and documentation
• Provide guidance on best practices within D365 F&O related to SCM, Finance, and Inventory Management
• Collaborate with internal client teams and SI partners already engaged in the project

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 7+ years experience with Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
• Strong organizational change management background
• Hands-on understanding of SCM, Finance, and Warehouse modules
• Experience working on mid- to large-scale ERP transformations
• Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills
