About the Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their growing remote team. This role follows a rotating 2-day/2-night shift pattern and is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working independently and delivering excellent support services across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, chat, and email
• Troubleshoot issues and offer clear, helpful solutions using available tools and resources
• Deliver a positive customer experience by addressing queries with patience and professionalism
• Accurately log customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
• Work collaboratively with the support team to continuously improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely and managing 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night) (night shift remote)
• Strong time management and ability to remain focused while working independently
• Stable internet connection and quiet home working environment
