About the Role:

Are you passionate about helping clients get the most out of
their Yardi software? We're looking for a driven Consultant to join
our team and guide clients through successful implementation, optimization, and
ongoing use of Yardi solutions. In this role, you'll build lasting
relationships, provide strategic guidance, and help clients
streamline operations and achieve their business goals. From system
configuration to troubleshooting and training, you'll be a trusted

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and software
  implementation support to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients.
• Advise client stakeholders on Yardi solutions to improve
  operational efficiency, solve business challenges, and meet strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects—from
  discovery to post-implementation—ensuring timely delivery and client
  satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and
  continuously improve service delivery.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or
  Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and
  experience
• Five plus (5+) years of experience in software or business
  process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with
  customers
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize
  multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, sound decision-making, critical thinking, and
  problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Client-centered commitment and focus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and
  ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all
  levels of employees and clients
• Ability to think and act strategically by visualizing new
  possibilities, challenging assumptions, and recommending the implementation

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Annual Salary Range: $89,600 - $100,800
