**Job Title: Clean Room Operator - 1st Shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a Clean Room Operator, where you will work on an assembly line producing small parts for the 5G telecommunications industry. This role requires familiarity with manufacturing processes and machine operation, as well as a keen understanding of safety and production machinery. You will perform various manufacturing duties in the clean room, including machine operation, quality control under a microscope, and basic hand assembly using small tweezers and tools. High attention to detail is crucial, as parts are small and meticulous. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery on an assembly line in a clean room setting. + Conduct quality control checks using microscopes. + Perform hand assembly with small tools and tweezers. + Maintain high attention to detail with small, meticulous parts. + Adhere to safety protocols and clean room standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in quality control processes, particularly under a microscope. + Ability to work with small parts and maintain high attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience with production machines and/or quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment. + Experience in electronics, medical device, aerospace, metals, defense, plastics, or automotive industries. + Clean room experience is highly preferred. + Ability to interpret results from microscopes and other equipment. **Why Work Here?** We offer plenty of room for growth and opportunities to learn all areas of the process, with a strong emphasis on cross-training. This site manufactures chips used in RF technology for telecommunications. Work is conducted in a clean room, requiring gowning up and down. The 1st shift operates Tuesday through Friday, from 5 am to 3:30 pm, offering a four-day workweek. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
