Job Description

Cabinet Finisher

New Holland, PA

  • Join a team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and delivering high-end custom cabinetry with a commitment to excellence
  • Spray & wipe stains and glazes on our custom cabinetry to achieve the desired high-quality finish
  • Sealer sand cabinetry to prepare for the final finish coat
  • Mix & catalyze finishes by adding hardeners and thinners
  • Spray conversion varnish and polyurethane coatings on high-end cabinetry
  • Cross-train in other areas of the cabinet shop, including final assembly and hardware installation
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Work a full-time schedule: Mon-Thurs, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM and Fri, 6:30 – 3:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays!

We seek a Cabinet Finisher to apply high-end finishes to our custom cabinetry, including spray stain, sealer, scuff, spray paint, glazes, and topcoats. Our Ideal Cabinet Finisher:

  • Experience: 2+ years of cabinet spraying experience is required
  • Eager to Learn: Willing to grow, take on new responsibilities, and learn Foxcraft's methods through hands-on training.
  • Quality-focused & Detail-oriented: Take pride in producing high-quality work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter: Adapt quickly to workflow, take initiative, and work efficiently with minimal direction.
  • Computer Savvy: Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Active: Bend, kneel, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.  
  • Values-driven & Team-oriented: Embrace Foxcraft's vision and key values while integrating with the team and contributing to company goals.

  • $27-$35/hour – Depending on Experience
