Acrylic Shower & Bath Installer

Key Responsibilities

1. Prep & Demo

   • Arrive at our Clearwater warehouse each morning to load materials/tools.
   • Drive to customer homes (company vehicle & gas provided).
   • Carefully remove old tubs/showers and surrounding materials in a controlled demo.

2. Quality Installation

   • Install new acrylic shower pans, tubs, wall surrounds, fixtures, and plumbing connections to code and our high standards.
   • Double-check every step for accuracy and durability; do it right, even if it's not the easiest way.

3. Detail & Cleanup

   • Show extreme attention to detail ensuring all work is level, sealed, and flawless.
   • Lay down protective coverings and maintain a tidy work area.
   • Leave the jobsite spotless at the end of each install - leave the bathroom spotless.

4. Customer Service

   • Greet homeowners with a friendly, professional attitude.
   • Keep them informed during the installation milestones and consult on accessory placements.
   • Provide a final walkthrough to ensure everything is perfect and earn that 5-star review!

5. Finalize & Feedback

   • Complete final paperwork, installation records, customer sign-off, and payment.
   • Share feedback and improvements with operations and teammates to help us all grow.

Qualifications

• Experience or Willingness to Learn

  • Any background in construction, plumbing, carpentry, or home improvement is a plus.
  • No bath remodeling experience? No problem! We'll train you to master our one-day installation process.

• Tool Skills

  • Basic competence with hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, caulking gun) and measuring accurately.

• Physical Ability

  • Lift at least 50 lbs, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in tight spaces.

• Reliability

  • Must have valid driver's license and dependable transport to our warehouse daily.
  • Solid work ethic, problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude.

• People Skills

  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
  • Be courteous, respectful, and a calming presence in customers' homes.
