**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for palletizing 30-50lbs at the end of the packaging line, consistently lifting 50lb bags, accurately stacking bags onto pallets, and inspecting bags to ensure they are labeled correctly. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean station and adhering to safety and quality assurance rules and procedures. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. **Responsibilities** + Palletize 30-50lbs at the end of the packaging line. + Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Consistently lift and manage 50lb bags. + Accurately stack bags onto pallets. + Inspect bags to ensure correct labeling. + Keep the workstation clean and organized. + Follow safety and quality assurance rules and procedures. + Operate high-speed packaging equipment. + Complete daily production and QA paperwork. + Ensure work is completed safely and within quality parameters. **Essential Skills** + Heavy lifting experience. + Palletizing and packaging skills. + Production and packing experience. + 1 year of industrial experience required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. + Knowledge and experience in the food industry is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued. Employees must adhere to dress code requirements, including safety work shoes with reinforced toes, durable work pants, and shirts that cover the shoulders. Long hair should be tied back, and no jewelry is permitted. Shifts are from 5am to 1:30pm with expected overtime of 1-2 hours on some days, and from 1:30pm to 11pm with the same overtime expectations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eastvale, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
